To start this year with a bang, Tai Village is having a community picnic/potluck this Sunday the 29th of May, 2022. Please
join us, we welcome you and your family. Come and see old friends and meet new ones, I heard BBQ whole pig or grilled whole
pig are in the works, We're looking forward to seeing you and your family and you're welcome to bring friends.
Come and help us support Tai Dam Village at the annual Asian Heritage Festival 2022. CelebrAsian is the largest Asian American
event in Iowa, showcasing cultural exhibits, history, food, performance artists, sports, martial arts, children's villages
and rides and other family-friendly activities. Thank you to Iowa Asian Alliance for putting on the festivity.

The Tai Village family extends our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to the parents, family and friends over the loss of
their child and loved one, Van Cin Lian, this weekend.
We will fully cooperate with all investigating officials regarding this tragic incident. Tai Village extends our sincere

IAFHEE host the class of 2012 graduation ceremony on Saturday,
June 30th in the gazebo area.
Community Picnic- May 27, 2012 at Tai Village, in the back by the lake. Come
out and bring your favorite dish to share with fellow Tai Villagers and friends. Note: Great job to Bangchay
(Heuy) Baccam and a group of volunteers that organized this event and also thank you to Nay Baccam for the $41 that was raised
from selling fruit smoothies.
Asian Heritage Festival (Saturday May 12, 2012, 10am to 8pm) Tai Village will
be at the 2012 Asian Heritage Festival, we still need more volunteer at our village. Please stop by our info/cultural
booth and support Tai Village by purchasing food/drinks at our food tent. Note: Thank you
to Nay Baccam and Phai Vang for over seeing the food tent, all the profits will go toward the Welcome Center/Tai
House project. Thank you so much for all our wonderful volunteers. We raised $1,465 and also a big thank you to
Double Dragon Food Market for the contribution of $200 for the food that was sold.
